Chris White
President
Chris White is an entrepreneur, inventor, and industry leader with a career spanning military service, engineered equipment, global logistics, and food manufacturing innovation. A 1994 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he earned a degree in Environmental Engineering and commissioned as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army, serving with the 1st Cavalry Division before continuing his service with the Louisiana National Guard.
In 1996, Chris joined Chemetec Engineered Equipment Sales and Service, where he served as an Account Manager and later Vice President of Business Development, helping drive the company’s expansion across multiple states. In 2014, he acquired the company from its founder, Greg White.
Chris is also the inventor of the patented Agi-Tank bulk transport system, an international shipping solution for pepper mash that has moved more than one billion pounds of product worldwide. Building on this innovation, he founded Louisiana Pepper Exchange in 2010, which has grown into one of the leading vertically integrated pepper ingredient suppliers in the United States, serving hundreds of food manufacturers and major restaurant brands.
Beyond his business ventures, Chris remains committed to supporting the military community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for NextOp, a nonprofit that helps veterans transition into successful civilian careers.
