Jody Falcon

Jody Falcon began his journey in the machining industry as a high school student, working part-time as a machinist at a small refractory anchor business in Prairieville, Louisiana. While gaining hands-on experience, he pursued a degree in mechanical engineering, earning his Bachelor’s from Louisiana State University in the spring of 2002.

Jody joined QM later that year as the company’s first mechanical engineer. Over the years, he gained comprehensive experience across every department, ultimately assuming responsibility for all operations in 2013. Today, Jody serves as co-owner and President of QM, guiding the company’s growth and strategic vision.
