Niki White

Niki White is a business owner, a wife, and a mother of five with nearly three decades of experience balancing entrepreneurship, family leadership, and operational support. While raising five children, she also helped with the businesses, stepping into multiple roles including administration, accounting, organization, client relations, and business support functions.  Her current business role is Chief Executive Officer at Chemetec Engineered Equipment Sales and Service. 

Niki believes some of the most valuable business skills are built through lived experience, showing up consistently, knowing when to pivot, solving problems creatively, and caring deeply about the people you work with and the people you serve. Jennifer has served as Chemetec’s Inside Support and Purchasing Manager since 2022, bringing a strong technical foundation and operational expertise to the role. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 2020.
